Cancellation and refunds
1. How to cancel
Write to us through the contact form and choose the topic "Cancel subscription". No sign-in needed – the email you signed up with is enough. We cancel within 1 business day and confirm by email. If you used another email, add the last 4 digits of your card.
2. Right of withdrawal
The service is digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly agree that the service starts right away and acknowledge that once a check has run you lose the right to withdraw for the service already provided. [For the lawyer: check the wording against Directive 2011/83/EU and Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 6.22810.]
3. Refunds
- If a check fails because of us, the check is returned automatically.
- If you see a payment you do not recognise, or forgot to cancel, write to us within 7 days – we will review it and refund you if you have not used that week's checks.
- Refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days.
